Enjoy the beach themed decor in our spacious two room suites. Each suite offers a quiet bedroom area separated by a door from the living space. The living space includes a comfortable couch which doubles as a Queen size sofa sleeper and a flat screen TV. The kitchen area includes an island with seating for four guests, a full size refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster, and all dishware, flatware, and cooking utensils. Each suite was designed with unique touches to create your home away from home.

We require a 60 days' notice for a full refund, 59 to 30 days' notice will receive a 50% refund and less than 30 days' notice will receive no refund.

Walking distance from two of the best parks and beaches in town, great food trucks, and Michigan's longest running mini golf course. Only a mile walk from downtown Alpena, this is such a great place to stay and enjoy Alpena, Michigan. :)"

"#1 it is clean! Two modern, spacious, tastefully decorated cottage rooms. Across the street is one of several City Parks offering a playground, swimming, and a splash park. Several restaurants including fast food are within 1/2 mile. We really enjoyed Nick's Diner. We felt safe and the surrounding area is clean.
